O god, Rocky!
I love the commercial they use to have on TV- the senior citizen production of ROCKY. It was so adorable- with the two little old men in the boxing ring. I believe it was for A&E. I think they should cast it just like that.

Well, The Golden Boy was a boxing musical, so......

I'm just a bit wary of the R. Kelly thing.

The idea of doing a musical of "Rocky" isn't bad. It just that R. Kelly hasn't had any experience as a Broadway composer. His "I Believe I Can Fly" is a good song, but he just isn't Broadway. Why can't they approach Kander and Ebb, Stephen Sondheim or Jerry Herman to do the score?
