I recently watched the Show People with Roger Bart and he said about how he hopes to be here on Broadway to stay for a little while and I started thinking of other shows he could go in to. I thought to myself "how weird would it be for him to go into Fun Home?" And giggled but then I thought to myself about him replacing Michael Cerveris and almost thought I could dig that.... Sure he nearly always plays the goofs and the camp comedy roles but started to think about how I'd be really interested to see what he could do with this role... Just wondered what anyone else thought? Purely for funsies, of course?

I always have this perception of Roger as a Paul Lynde type. Not fair to him of course, but given the types of roles he normally plays, I'm probably not the only one who thinks so. But, I'm sure he'd be more than capable in a serious role.

Not for nothing, but he had a serious role in Hostage Two, lol!
