I tried to find the answer to this question in the other Roger Bart - Absenses thread, but I haven't seen the show yet, and I kept coming upon reviews/spoilers.
So I would like to know, while I'm aware that he is below the title, has anyone asked the box office for a refund or exchange for another date because of his absense?
I know that sometimes if a performer is below the title, the box office will offer an exchange, if asked, as a courtesy.
I have a ticket for tomorrow night, so I'd like to know what the situation has been for others who had tickets over the past week or so of performances when Roger Bart has been out.
Thanks for any information, and sorry for starting a second thread, but I wanted one that didn't talk about the details of the actual show, just this specific box office question.
**If you have NOT been to one of the performances of YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN in which Roger Bart has been out, and you just have general information on box offices giving refunds in the absense of an above/below the title performer in another show, I don't need that information -- I already have it -- I'm only asking about this specific situation with this specific show in the past week in the circumstance of Roger Bart's absenses.**
Thanks.
Edited for typo.
