Rosemary Harris

Here is a picture I found of Rosemary Harris back in the day. For those who do not recognize the name, she plays Aunt May in the SPIDER-MAN movies. She was HOT, wasn't she?

One our finest actresses. She was the original Eleanor of Aquitaine in "The Lion In Winter" and has become one of the definitive Albee actresses in the last few years, turning in brilliant performances in "A Delicate Balance" and "All Over." She's be doing Albee's "Lady from Dubuque" later this fall at Second Stage. She's also the mother of the brilliant Jennifer Ehle. I'm happy Harris is getting some attention these days because of Spiderman -- she should be a household name.

I once saw her in the Edison Diner. She looked at me and smiled one of the most beautiful smiles I've ever seen. There is such warmth from her.
