Rotten Tomatoes doesn't "give" ratings. It only tallies up reviews from professional critics and calculates the percentages.
When the film goes into wide release and more than 6 critics have weighed in on the film, the number will undoubtedly change.

Also, MetaCritic is generally a better ratings indication than Rotten Tomatoes: with RT, a film could conceivably get all positive reviews, and yet each review could say "Well, it wasn't great, but it was worth it."
MetaCritic picks each review apart for its own rating, and measures according to that.
