Row F v. Row G Curious Incident

I've been reading posts about the last two rows being $27, but on any date I look at, the entire Row F in the rear mezz is unavailable for purchase. I'm looking on Telecharge. The closest I can get to center is Row G, seats 2, 4, 6, 8. (I need four tickets.) I've read others who had center of Row F for $27. Does anyone have any idea why they are not showing as available?

And is Telecharge the only place to acquire these tickets online? I would prefer Row F center if I can get them. I don't believe they are just sold out as it is every seat on that entire row for every date I looked at. Barring being able to get Row F somehow, will Row G seats 2, 4, 6 and 8 be quite as good? I've never been in that theater before and am having a difficult time trying to ascertain from what photos I can find online.

I'm aware that one row is not a huge difference, it's that most posters recommend seeing it more centered. Really hoping for some insight from those that have been and seen the seats firsthand as I have not.

I got tickets through tkts a few weeks ago and sat at the very far side of the rear orchestra. I was told the mezz is the place to be but it was sold out. These were technically probably among the "worst" seats in the house but I tremendously enjoyed the show, did not feel I missed out on anything, and was able to see everything just fine.

Just checked today and plenty of seats are available in Row F now. I guess they held them back for some reason.
