Great Starlight. Since you seem to have all the answers, please tell us who you are. You know..your name..what you do. Since you enjoy making false claims, I'm sure Stacey would like to know who's putting words in her mouth.

Since you're not afraid to make claims for others, tell us who you are.

(awaiting the usual "I don't have to defend myself" that known nothings post)

I'm hoping I'm not going to get shot for this but I really dont think this is the place to be arguing about what is or is not a "big" equity theater. Point is Rue is going to be in Wicked, and I guess we'll just have to wait and see whether she can or cannot perform

Wickedrenthead, you are right, and I only mentioned briefly about the other "Equity" theatre part in my original post cause I thought it was funny! People can get so testy on these boards sometimes! I agree with you, this thread was originally about someone thinking Rue was rude for begging out of the Oklahoma Theatre contract, and as we have ALL agreed, she is not a young woman, she has been ill and through a great deal, I only said that given a choice of doing a show in a regional theatre, even if it was a great role, or taking a Broadway offer, which would anyone pick?! And I hope she stays healthy during her run on Broadway, I might even have to see it again with her in it, she is a true LADY of the stage and T.V. Mr. T, gold chains and all, I have nothing else to talk with you about, you seem to need no one else but yourself! After all, you know everything.I am through with this thread now.

There really is a huge difference between playing DOLLY LEVI and MADAME MORRIBLE. I have heard that Rue is a bit more frail then she was a few years ago, but Carole Shelley, God Bless that Woman, is also a bit fragile offstage (though you would never know it to watch her).

I imagine Rue will be just fine, and why do I have a feeling we are going to be seeing all the people mentioned for Mrs. Meers playing Madame Morrible...Florence Henderson, anyone?

Don't ya just love it when these kids come on here and post these outlandish rumors and then don't have the balls to back their claims up? Oh..but then they'll try to act all nice and sweet and tell us what the post was originally about. Funny cause they're the ones who took this off the post topic in the first place.

Yeah Starlight. We're still waiting for you to tell us who you are to know so much about Stacey Logan's life. When you gonna tell us? Since you apparently know the "truth".

Just have to defend Kansas though....The whole state is not the cowtown you elude to it being Tuttle.

Nobody called it a cowtown.

It was the mind impared Stalight who called Oklahoma City a hick town.

And they haven't even defended the rumor they made about Stacey Logan. And guess what..they never will. Cause they've been called on it.

I hope you're a better rep of Kansas.

Tuttle, I think I speak for all but you in saying we are not ALL waiting to hear who he is. I for one could not care less who starlight is or who he may be or know. I also don't really care all that much about Kansas. So I guess what I'm saying is I don't care-no one really asked me but here I am with no liquor on St. Patrick's Day telling you that I don't care. :)
