Where is Rupert Gee's if your starting point is Times Square? On tv it seems to be a very short distance from the Ed Sullivan Theater.
I went out looking for it on a freezing cold night with not enough layers of garments and just gave up.
If I'm facing the giant SONY video screen, which way do I go?

Posted: 3/18/09 at 10:23amWalk towards the Ed Sullivan Theater and, once you get to the corner of that theater (at the CBS Store), turn left. It's very small but you'll find it just a few steps past the CBS Store.

Posted: 3/18/09 at 10:37amIt has a green awning. Every time I go to NYC it is a must that I eat there. Rupert is so nice and in my opinion, I think they have really good chicken salad sandwiches.
