when a show said its sold out online, does that mean there is no rush tickets at all??

Depends on that show's policy. Some specifically hold back a block of tickets for rush. Others will only sell rush if they have unsold seats. Your best bet is to read the rush thread for the specific show you're interested in which might have more info on what that show's practice has been.
