Since it's been brought up about Russell Crowe maybe playing Sweeney Todd and people wondering if he can sing - well, apparently he's done a solo album.

>>Newfoundland-based, "Great Big Sea" singer Alan Doyle has produced Russell Crowe's upcoming solo album.
During a break in last summer's Cinderella Man shoot, the two met following Great Big Sea's concert in Toronto. A friendship was struck and they began writing songs togteher.
Crowe's "My Hand, My Heart", with the first single "Raewyn", will be released on the online music service "iTunes".
The album was produced in Australia at Crowe's home recording studio.
Featured musicians include Great Big Sea's Bob Hallett and Sean McCann, members of "Midnight Oil", "Silverchair" and Crowe's former band "30 Odd Foot of Grunts".
Doyle says that Crowe is "one of the best lyricists I've ever met".
This may well be, but it doesn't change the fact that his voice is HORRIBLE. I heard some of the stuff he did with 30 Odd Foot Of Grunts and his voice is flat, lifeless and devoid of range.
That is truly sad, pcboy.
What is? Russell Crowe's lack of singing talent or my negativity

Ew, I don't like his voice at all... do you think he could be dubbed?

negativity can be so much FUN!
oh god i'm embarrassed for my town when "30 odd foot of grunts" sold out a month before they came to "tour"
