Hey, I was looking through my library and found a lot of repeated titles from shows. Can you guys choose your favorite (if you had to pick)?
-not including overture, entr'acte, prologue, finale, & all that jazz.
"Home"
Carly Rose Sonenclar - Wonderland
Stephanie Mills - The Wiz (tie)
Susan Egan - Beauty and the Beast (tie)
"I Believe"
Company - Spring Awakening
Andrew Rannells & Ensemble - The Book of Mormon (fav)
"I Need to Know"
Constantine Maroulis - Jekyll & Hyde (fav)
Alex Rutherford - Tarzan
"I'm Alive"
Aaron Tveit - Next to Normal
Kerry Butler & Company - Xanadu (fav)
The only ones that are repeated in my playlist are (including the "I Believe" that you posted):
Sante Fe (Newsies)
Sante Fe (RENT)
Without You (My Fair Lady)
Without You (RENT)
Ice Cream (She Loves Me)
Ice Cream (The Music Man)
I'm Here (The Color Purple)
I'm Here (Matilda)
Most of my doubles come from Barbra Streisand singing old show tunes throughout her career, Carole King via Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, and Kelli O'Hara's "Always" album has a lot that are matched up with my cast recordings.
It's always fun to look at the list though! I have some down the line like "Thank you, Madam" from She Loves Me and then "Thank you, Sir" from Brooklyn the Musical, haha.
No More (Into The Woods)
No More (The Goodbye Girl)
No More (See What I Wanna See)
Follow Your Heart (Urinetown)
Follow Your Heart (Plain and Fancy)
