Will there be a Revival Recording done for this show? Anyone know?

Probably not, as the two leads have already done the 2006 london recording.

I strongly doubt it. The British version, with the current two leads, has already been released (it's been about a year or so). Unless there is some major change in cast (e.g., The Boy from Oz), there's not much profit to be made by doing a new recording.

And while the OBC with Peters and Patkinkin is indispensable, the London recording is quite wonderful.
As much as I'd love a recording with David Turner and Mary Beth Peil it's pretty silly to think a recording of the Broadway revival would be made. They wouldn't be able to get it out before the current scheduled closing and it wouldn't make much of a profit outisde of the theatre to which most of the general public wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the London revival CD anyway. People are probably buying the CD at the show now thinking it's the current cast just because it has the same two leads.

God forbid. One recording of Daniel Evans and that woman mangling this score is bad enough.
I would love to see this happen, but unfortunately don't think it will.
That woman, Roscoe, happens to be giving the performance of the year.
