Last summer Decca Broadway released this classic OCR on CD (beautifully remastered, I might add) but they made a mistake and put the finale track on twice (omitting the track "Nordraak's Farewell.") I had heard all the defective copies had been recalled so when I bought a copy last weekend when I was in Buffalo I assumed it would be the corrected version. It isn't. It has the Finale track in place of "Nordraak's farewell." (Not a problem...I have Brian Druteman's address and will mail the discs in for a replacement.)

Did anyone else get one of the deffective copies?

Cast albums are NOT "soundtracks."
Live theatre does not use a "soundtrack." If it did, it wouldn't be live theatre!

I host a weekly one-hour radio program featuring cast album selections as well as songs by cabaret, jazz and theatre artists. The program, FRONT ROW CENTRE is heard Sundays 9 to 10 am and also Saturdays from 8 to 9 am (eastern times) on www.proudfm.com

I did! I got it in Buffalo, too (Borders across from the Galleria Mall to be exact). Seems that the CDs were recalled, but some managed to slip throuh. If your copy had a brown sticker on the front, it was an original defectie CD. I sent mine back to Decca Broadway, and they gave me a corrected copy.

Praying Decca Broadway will put "Don't Bother Me, I Can't Cope" on CD!
