Let's not forget either that being 30 something onstage is a LOT different than being 30 something on film.

Alice Ripley is in her 40s. Emily Skinner is the wrong type physically to play Nellie Forbish. Jenn Collela could do it. I'll give you that, but why cast it with someone who is 35 when they're are tons of people the right age who would be great?
