Yes, it has been on TKTS, not sure if they are always @50%, I have seen them offered at 40%. If there is a discount code available for the performance you want to go to you may be better office bringing it to the box office and picking up your seats there. If you take in to consideration the fees you pay at TKTS, the cost will be about the same (or better) and the pickings may be better at the box office. (current discount is 40% @ BwayBox)
By the way, for those who got tickets via TDF, where have the seats been lately? I went to one of the first previews when it came back, tickets were mailed out, and IMO were great, Row U center orch.

For those asking about TDF location: my TDF Ticket for the first preview of v 2.0 (which I ended up having to sell to someone else) was center orch row W. My TDF Ticket for today's matinee was center orch row Z; based on intermission conversations it seems like row Z and the row behind us (row YY? whatever it's called) were all TDFers.
And for those who like to keep track of this kind of thing: there were no stops during today's matinee, the aerial work all looked great. However we did not get the 'weaving' number, which I am told looks gorgeous when it happens. We got the women, except for the one second from the left, swinging on their vertical ribbons. Whatever was supposed to be happening horizontally between them did not happen, they just swung back and forth on their ribbons. And then when the women reached the stage a stagehand came out to unhook the woman who hadn't been swinging.

We saw it yesterday & really enjoyed it
Some of the sets looked cheap & you could see stagehands visibly at times but that was the only down side. A few of the musical numbers were blah but the opening went off without a hitch, The flying sequences were great . They station men at all areas when they are going on.
The show is not bad at all. I never saw the Taymor version but my guess is this one is a vast improvement. I could have done away with the stupid villains & just target the Green Goblin. He was better, IMO, than Spiderman . His character was much better development wise & acting wise
It should run for a few year but will it ever make back its investment? I doubt it as the show could never tour.
