I just saw it tonight. I really, really liked the first half and I loved the opening scene of the second act between Adam and his son. And then...weird things happened.
What. The. Hell. Were the last 30-40 minutes of this play?
Was anyone else as confused as I was? Am I just stupid? I mean I understood that (spoiler) he imagined his life with this woman (end spoiler) but...I just was confused by the rest of the final scenes. Can someone help me?!
It's a shame too, because it was an enjoyable show for the most part until it totally unraveled at the end. And Jeremy Sisto was excellent.

I LOVED LOVED LOVED LOVED this show. Jeremy Sisto was EXCELLENT.
I got it. In fact, I thought it was very self-explanatory once (SPOILER) what's-his-face who was the original interrogator from the beginnings revealed who he was.
However, I cannot for the life of me remember the details of my thoughts since I originally saw the show. Guess it didn't have a lasting impression, haha. I do remember really really not see the ending coming (although it was quite obvious who the girl was once she opened her mouth at the bar).

When the show ended I heard many people saying to their companions, "I hope you got it because I didn't". Jeremy Sisto was terrific and I hope he continues to grace the stage in NYC for a long time.
