James Earl Jones and Leslie Uggams, who presented Ms. Ramirez with her Tony gave the correct pronunciation of her first and last name. The announcer, however, gave it a good ol' American pronunciation. She also managed to goof up the Spelling Bee book writer's last name.

The R in Sara is flipped as opposed to rolled.

AHHH...I get it. It's soft "d" sound, with the emphasis on the first syllable. Makes sense, sounds Spanish.
