San Diegians - Brian Stokes Mitchell Tonight - 1/20/07

Those in San Diego might be interested in knowing that Brian Stokes Mitchell is the guest soloist with the San Diego Symphony tonight. Saw the show last night, and as you would expect he was extraordinary.

Also, Marvin Hamlisch is conducting, so it's like a Broadway-two-for-one.

Mr. Mitchell was in fine voice. He sang for about 90 minutes and told delightful ancedotes before the numbers. Some of the songs were off his CD and some from his shows. He got a well deserved standing ovation from the mostly older crowd.

Brian Stokes Mitchell is wonderful in concert...do not miss his show!!!!!
