I dont know if anyone has had a chance to get the new cd by Sarah Brightman but if you have, then you can agree that this one of her best albums yet! Andrew lloyd Webber songwriting is taken to another level with the lovely sounds of Sarah's voice ultmatily makes this cd one of the greats. Posted: 11/4/05 at 4:30pmI bought it when it first came out, and also I think it's great, especially "The Perfect Year". I'm just curious to see that it's subtitled "The Andrew Lloyd Webber Collection: Volume 2" when she's had two other Lloyd Webber albums released before. The new album has some tracks from those other two albums, but to capture the true beauty of Sarah's voice, I suggest getting "Surrender: The Unexpected Songs" album, which has several Lloyd Webber songs in different languages

I have heard a few of the clips - I can't wait to hear the full version of SEEING IS BELIEVING with Sarah and Michael Ball. A long time ago, even before ASPECTS OF LOVE premiered in London, there was a mini-concert tour of The Music of ALWebber featuring these two musical superstars ( I heard that they did appear in a few performances together in the London PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, before Sarah transferred with the show to Broadway). What a pity that the concert was not recorded and released on CD. They did sing ALL I ASK OF YOU together on the ALWebber 50th birthday Celebration concert on video/dvd, though.

Posted: 11/4/05 at 8:14pmsorry to post twice in a row, but there are a lot of songs on the disc that she's already released, are these the originals, or has she re recorded them? that's my one complaint about SB, she always re releases the same recordings, its so annoying.
