I think the CD release might help it.

Posted: 10/20/03 at 11:35amYou are very welcome Balla, while it's great to be a fan of a show and embrace the cast and productions and discuss it on theses boards both pro and con.I like to think every now and then I can shed some light on the businesss end of Broadway. I remember many moons ago when DOTV was a constant topic on the old board, people would posts comments like "It ROCKS!" or "People were running to the box office after the show..to buy more tickets!!" And all the while I was counting the grosses and following what was the reality of the run. It doesn't matter if your orchestra gives a standing ovation when your balcony is empty. All of the shows that are up now will have to work hard in the coming moths, there hasn't been a HAIRSPRAY like 102% capacity major hit yet.

I so enjoy when people post the FACTS and not some conjured ideas about how they would run as show.
Thanks to all of those mature enough to post the truth.
