First things first: student board?
I would avoid Grow For Me. Unless the director has specifically stated otherwise, it's generally considered taboo to audition for a musical with a song from the show.
If it's between Out Tonight and One Song Glory I'd pick One Song Glory just because it will probably be better suited to your voice since it was originally written for a man, but I would try to think of something else. Rent is something people have heard a lot and you also probably want something more upbeat.

Out of the ones you've got there, One Song Glory is probably the best choice. Also, if you have the opportunity at all, check out Tick Tick Boom, w/music also by Jonathon Larson. Some of the songs there go pretty high. And Labashier is right, singing music from the show you're auditioning for is normally considered a bad idea. I mean, I've seen guys get away with it before (for Pippin, this one guy sang "Corner of the Sky" and got the lead), but it's risky, and you have to be very, very, very good to pull it off. And its pretty much a slap in the face to some people auditioning (or, at least I've seen people take it that way).
Basic rule of thumb: audition with songs either by the same composer, or that sound very similar in style (which is why Larson shows are a good bet in this situation). And don't worry too much if you don't nab your part freshman year. I was in the chorus sophomore year, and landing leads by senior, so it just takes time. If you're good enough, you'll get them at some point.
Oh, and Labashier's right again, there's a student board for this, but you're 14 so we'll let it slide

Do you happen to go to CCHS? 'Cause my school is also doing Little Shop of Horrors (albeit in the next semester). It's not necessarily that they don't think freshmen should get parts, it's that they'll be more comfortable with people they've worked with before. Heck, if you can sing, you'll at LEAST get a chorus part (if you go to CCHS--there are like almost no guys that can sing and act and are willing to do so). Last year they cast a freshman as Puck in a Midsummer's Night Dream. You still have a chance to get a main part, you just have to work a lot more.
One Song Glory is befinitely your best bet. Also, belting often isn't good idea--you need to take care of your voice. And if you could belt high notes, you should also show that you can sing low (if you can), so I'd advise Gethsemane from Jesus Christ Superstar.
