I just got a call from Telecharge asking if they could exchange our tickets to another day. The only explanation that was given is that "the production staff is seeking to empty the theater" for that performance. What could this be about?

I told them that we were unable to exchange because all of our other shows are booked. He said he'd get back with me. What are the possible outcomes?
