Rudin purchased former Vanity Fair editor Graydon Carter’s West Village home in 2019 for $17.4 million. Now, he has restored and renovated the home and listed it for $26 million.
He previously sold an apartment in NYC’s famed San Remo building in 2021 for $13.3 mil.
