For 8 weeks, presented by Barry and Fran, who still plan to bring to Broadway. I think this is smart. I hope they work on it more. It's an amazing show that needs some more attention towards the book.

I hope they don't touch a thing regarding staging, but yeah, perhaps the book needs a little work. In any event, I hope the show is recorded. Any word on an album too?

I agree with you on the staging. It's perfect. The book just needs some tweaking. I didn't have the same criticism as many who thought the boys themselves were not individual characters. But I saw it late in the run and maybe the actors worked harder to define themselves.

YES! I'm so glad this is coming to my hometown! I loved it in NY and I'll get to enjoy it all over again here @ the beautiful Guthrie!

The thrust stage is a perfect fit for this. I just hope it will find an audience here like it did in the big city!
