SeatGeek tickets transferred to ATG

When tickets for Sunset BLVD were purchased through SeatGeek and transferred over to ATG is there a way to pull them up on ATG? I didn't have an account set up on ATG so set that up but it isn't showing anything under upcoming events. I wanted to confirm with the tickets moved for the final that they are actually there.

Have you tried contacting ATG’s customer service? You may need to send them your confirmation/order number from seatgeek and they’d be able to transfer it over for you.

So far I have only come across the number for the UK.
