Seating at the Hobby Center in Houston

I'm looking at buying tickets for when TKAI tour comes through and this will be my first time going to this theater. Thus, I wanted to know what the seats and sightlines were like in the balcony area. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The Hobby Center seats 3,150 which means it's a huge barn of a theatre.  You can fit 2 regular sized Broadway theatres in there.
