It looks like they are not selling the balcony.

How many seats are in the orchestra, Front Mezz and Balcony? Can't seem to find this info anywhere

I think it brings it down to a 1,400/1,500 seat capacity which is right in line with most mid-sized musical houses. That balcony was for the birds any who.

Bring It On kept the balcony closed too - capacity was 1334 for that show.
