I haven't seen him in the show, but I remember reading on a thread around the time of his opening night that people were really enjoying him! I have heard wonderful things!

I saw him in it last night. I thought he was just wonderful, much better than his performance in Wicked (but that might be due to the material). Out of the three replacements, he's my favorite.
He told an abbreviated version of the "handshake" story to a group of students at my school, during a discussion of integrity. They still remember it (and he asked after them last weekend). I thought his voice was better than it was in Wicked when I saw it on Tour, and this role lets him show his acting chops more as well. Congrats to him! <3
