I'm a fan..
In Broadway.com's pictoral essay on Sandra Bernhard's opening night, it shows her with the bartenders at Splash, and one of them appears to be Sebastian LaCause. Are my eyes deceiving me?

I can see the similarities, but I don't think it is him.
Yes, it is him. He is currently researching a role as a gay bartender for for a movie he is working on.
Gotta love those method actors.

Yes, he sometimes works at SPLASH- several in the theatre community have over the years (although not sure if SPLASH reopened after it was closed last week for a drug bust).

"He is currently researching a role as a gay bartender..."
Ah, I remember hearing a friend caught coming out of a gay bar say, "I was only doing research for a term paper." :)
Sebastian is clearly one of us, jimnysf.

The money bartenders earn at Splash is absolutely outrageous. In one night you can make more than the weekly Broadway Equity minimum (after taxes at least). Friends who used to bartend there sometimes walked with over $1000 for a busy 6 hour shift (and remember that's all cash, wink wink). Heck, even a friend of mine who used to work coatcheck typically made $500-600 a night during the winter months (all in ones, LOL).
Wow. If I wasn't so stick thin, I would get a part time job there...
"Sebastian is clearly one of us, jimnysf."
What the hell does that mean?
Is he a human being, is he an American, a New Yorker, an actor, a dancer? No, according to WAT the easiest way to define someone is by their sexuality.
It's the 21st century dude, wake up! Labels and thinking that like only serve to keep the gay community marginalized and less of the mainstream.
UGH!
It was just an observation. No need to start a fight.
