It is not published. The only way to get it is to a) know someone who did the show before and get it from them, or b) do the show.
I did the show and have it somewhere, but I wouldn't even know where to look for it. Sorry!

check the ASCAP and/or BMI websites to see where the composers are registered. In all likelihood, there will be a "publisher" address listed. With smaller names, this is likely their home address. Write them a letter and ask for the song you want. Offer to pay copying and postage.
This has worked for me many times with obscure material.
