I saw it at the New Victory a few years ago and loved it. Wish I could afford to go back to NYC to catch it again.

Back then we got balcony seats for $12.

Just got back from the show. While we did like it, I actually liked it better at the New Vic. Seemed a little long. 1:50 with no intermission. Still, it is original, and an enjoyable time at the theater. Alan Cumming was there tonight in row in front of ours.. He seemed to love it !!

Does anyone know if this is an open run? I most certainly HAVE to catch this but don't see it happening in the next few weeks -- I'm looking forward to the reviews...

Yes, open run... pretty full theater last night. They have a general rush ($21.25) 8 seats in 1st row go on sale 2 hours prior to each performance.

Wow thanks for the rush information -- I had no idea. That's great -- will be doing that.

I loved the show, it's worth every penny, I just hope it doesn't try for a run on Broadway.

I guess I'm odd-man-out... I averaged a "watch glance" about every 7 minutes. Had I been closer to the aisle, I probably would have left the show.

Everyone around us seemed to enjoy it, but I hated nearly every moment of it. I wanted to like it, the concept sounded like it would be entertaining...

It's closer to performance art than a musical in my book, and the guy who did all the vocals made my head hurt after just one song!

again, it just wasn't my cup of tea... maybe I didn't get it, or maybe I DID get it, and just didn't enjoy it? Anyhow, that's just my 2¢.

(and if you take anything from this little entry, please take that everyone ELSE in the theatre seemed to have a good time!)

Can someone tell me a bit about the show. Is it a play? Musical?

I want to see this but I'm easily spooked out by things. I'm wondering if this will lead to many sleepless nights! :/
