I put a list in my profile. It lists all multiple versions of shows, but doesn't include television productions or soundtracks. It also doesn't explain what each version is. Whad'ya want at 6:45am ?

My collection's kind of small, but I'm getting there. :)

Also, I don't have The Music Man OLC. I have no idea why it's on my list. I keep on taking it off, but it insists on staying. Is this a sign that I should go buy it?

Yeah, I got Music Man showing up randomly on my list for no apparent reason. I don't like that! Less random things turning up, please!

I need more shelf space. Or to buy less physical CDs when increasing my collection size. Are all of your lists physical CDs? If so, where do you put them?!

Weez- I don't have very large cast album collection (80ish), but combined with my other CDs and a pretty large DVD collection it takes up a lot of space. I put all of my discs in big binders and put the cases in big boxes and store them away. Others may not like this setup because they want to display the cases or be able to access them easily, but I like not having to worry about shelf space for all the cases.

all of my collection (listed above) IS physical CDs, and I find it hard to find shelf space too.
buying new furniture specifically for my cd's has accured to me, but it's a shame to spend money on it, when i can buy more cds and pile them up. :p

This thread, albeit weeks later, motivated me to catalog my collection. Some of the stuff I have isn't the database and I'm way too lazy to add it, but this is the majority of my humble little lot of cast recordings.

Yea i didnt know you could make a list then post it. I have my cds catalouged but not that i can post here. Im going to start straight away. I have a collection of 1300 cd cast recordings from Broadway, London, Spain, Australia,South Africa and many other countries. Some shows i have up to 8 different casy recordings of-such as Chicago (4), Evita (13),Little Shop (7). Sunset Bld (7). I buy around 5-10 cds each month on average? They take up a lot of shelf space but i prefer the cd on my shelf than just down loaded to my laptop. Im always willing to burn cds for special requests. Now i cant wait to make that list.

I wish more and more of the older shows from the 60s 70s and 80s were put on cd. I could name them but id be here for ages.
