NICK & NORA, a 1991 musical who-done-it written and directed by Arthur Laurents, with music by Charles Strouse and lyrics by Richard Maltby and with a promising cast including Christine Baranski.

This is without a doubt the worst musical I have seen in 57 years of theatregoing. The luckiet person in the theatre was the actress who played the murder victim--and at least she didnt have to stay on stage long. The score was utterly forgetable. Friends I went with left at intermission; I stubbornly stayed. Nothing improved in the second act.

What a waste of money! And they even came out with a recording!! This is the only show I've seen that I don't have a recording of.

"Madam Rose...and her daughter...Gypsy!"

Did someone mentioned CRY-BABY?

I thought everyone here paid $57 dollars, TDF price, comps or TKTS! The show was almost 1/2 price in its entire run and it was on TDF and TKTS everyday or everyone was saying that they are getting the $57.00 seats. Why would anyone pay full price?

Grease (origianal production)
Curtains
Phantom
Rent
Chorus Line (Revival)
Joe Iconis' Re-Write (even though it was only 40!)

There are more: but I have tried to block them from my memory!
