Shows that you not have been optimistic about, seen decided it wasn't so bad, thought about it, decided it was bad, then doubled back and decided it was just ok, but the actors are such great people, then you decide, no, no they're not?

Flower Drum Song

I saw it, liked it, thought about it again, decided it was really bad, then decided it was good because I met the actors who were just so nice.

re: Shows that you not have been optimistic about, seen decided it

I don't think I had that specific experience. I've seen shows that I thought was bad, but liked the actors (Jekyy and Hyde on Broadway) and I've seen shows I liked but hated the actors (Forum revival). I have even seen shows I didn't like so much the first time, but thought about, liked it, and saw it again (Carousel). And there are shows I gave a second chance, but decided it was just not a good show (Aida).

Matt Cavenaugh has a wonderful voice, not to mention abs of steel. I would love to hear him and Max von Essen sing something together.
