Flower Drum Song
I saw it, liked it, thought about it again, decided it was really bad, then decided it was good because I met the actors who were just so nice.

Posted: 12/24/03 at 10:28amYea, that makes sense. No matter how bad the show, it all comes down to that stage door experience.

Posted: 12/24/03 at 10:44amI don't think I had that specific experience. I've seen shows that I thought was bad, but liked the actors (Jekyy and Hyde on Broadway) and I've seen shows I liked but hated the actors (Forum revival). I have even seen shows I didn't like so much the first time, but thought about, liked it, and saw it again (Carousel). And there are shows I gave a second chance, but decided it was just not a good show (Aida).

Posted: 12/27/03 at 1:09amHAIRSPRAY. Saw it..love my cd and loved the actors but it honestly did NOTHING for me. Deffinetly not as good as it is hyped up to be...just my opinion. I still listen to the cd and find myself singing in the shower to it but I deffinetly didn't go out of the theatre in awe

Posted: 12/27/03 at 5:54pmMatt Cavenaugh has a wonderful voice, not to mention abs of steel. I would love to hear him and Max von Essen sing something together.
