Flower Drum Song

I saw it, liked it, thought about it again, decided it was really bad, then decided it was good because I met the actors who were just so nice.

Yea, that makes sense. No matter how bad the show, it all comes down to that stage door experience.

Rest in peace, Iflitifloat.

I don't think I had that specific experience. I've seen shows that I thought was bad, but liked the actors (Jekyy and Hyde on Broadway) and I've seen shows I liked but hated the actors (Forum revival). I have even seen shows I didn't like so much the first time, but thought about, liked it, and saw it again (Carousel). And there are shows I gave a second chance, but decided it was just not a good show (Aida).

HAIRSPRAY. Saw it..love my cd and loved the actors but it honestly did NOTHING for me. Deffinetly not as good as it is hyped up to be...just my opinion. I still listen to the cd and find myself singing in the shower to it but I deffinetly didn't go out of the theatre in awe

Matt Cavenaugh has a wonderful voice, not to mention abs of steel. I would love to hear him and Max von Essen sing something together.

"I'm learning to dig deep down inside and find the truth within myself and put that out. I think what we identify with in popular music more than anything else is when someone just shares a truth that we can relate to. That's what I'm searching for in my music." - Ron Bohmer
