I have tickets from a few weeks ago for SCOTTSBORO BOYS I wasn't able to use and went to call this morning to past date them but can't find the phone number I was given to do that. Does anyone have it?

They will have you call Telecharge and Telecharge calls the box office for you and arranges for new tickets to be held under you're name.
The direct # to the box office is private and very hard to get

Usually this is how it works
For a Matinee You would call at 11AM the day you want to go
For an Evening(I believe they tell you 3PM or after) again the day you want to go

But honestly for Scootboro I'd say you'd be safe anyday since it's not selling
So just call Telecharge that morning ask for customer service
and ask them if they are doing past dating for that particular performance you want to attend.
They will then ask you for the barcode on the ticket to make sure it wasn't scanned in.

Well I have the box office phone numbers but I couldn't remember the number to call for past dating and I erased the history in my phone.
As for availability, they haven't been doing any past dating the past 4 weeks so I'm not sure if they will at all now that its closing.

That's odd that their not doing past dating considering how poorly the show is selling.

Sometimes the box office will let u the past date in person
I know people did it in person for Hair and it was fine

That was also a different theatre owned by a different company but u could try stopping by the box office and asking if you're close

Jordan, did you ever have any luck past dating your tickets? I'm in the same boat. They haven't been letting me past date my tickets for at least a month, either. Today I tried speaking with someone to see if there was any chance of getting my tickets past dated, who told me they haven't been past dating because it's been selling out, and that it's closing Sunday, so they won't be past dating at all for it this week. Which... have they seen the grosses? Maybe this week it's selling out, but it hasn't been every weekday show for the past month. And yes, past dating is a courtesy, but don't lie to me.
