Posted: 5/10/12 at 10:22pmThank for your input, blaxx! I have the the option of getting a pair of tickets in either of those sections - and that's the best seats I can afford on my budget. So to me, someone who loves theatre, but cant always afford to sit in prime orchestra seats, the Mezz or Balcony is MUCH "better" than outside the theatre.

As soon as I saw the topic question, I wondered: Gee, how long before someone takes the easy cheap shot at 'Memphis'? Yawn.
Anyway, to answer your question, EthelMinnelli, I've sat in the balcony and the mezzanine, so I'd recommend row F in the Mezz.
Have a terrific time at 'Memphis'; many folks have. It won the 2010 Tony, Drama Desk & Outer Critics awards for Best Musical, and recently celebrated its 1,000th performance on Broadway - facts that must irritate its detractors to no end. Hockadoo!

Easily one of the best shows on broadway today...it takes a lot for shows to win best musical and surpass the 1,000 performances mark. Enjoy the show...HOCKADOOO
