Moved to front row center on the aisle at intermission and THAT was a great seat. Yes, would have loved a little further back for the big picture, but to be that close for that price, no complaints here!"
wow front row is a great seat but for this show, were you able to see their shoes tap from that angle? Not sure how high the stage is from the front row seat as I saw this from partial-view box (which is still a great angle)

I went after work yesterday and was maybe the 20th person in line for standing room at 5:30pm. After the Box Office lady announced there were only 9 tix for SRO some people left and I moved to 15th.
At the box office everything was sold out except for partial view for the weekend, so I bought front row center on Sunday- the final performance. I'm SO EXCITED!
Is the front row really that bad of a view?? I sat partial view (far left orch) for Color Purple and I feel like I didn't miss anything... would love to hear from someone who sat in the front.

It seems that if you're tall, it won't be horrible, but it will be hard to see their shoes. I guess that we will be sitting next to each other or close to each other on Sunday!
