With the show closing soon, I was curious if anyone has been to the stage door lately? Who comes out for the matinees vs. the evenings?

I saw it this past weekend (Sat evening) and it was a disarray. They did not set up barricades along the side walk (although they had the extra ones to do so), only just immediately outside of the stage doors I believe, and the crowd ended up being an amorphous blob. We had to abandon the idea even though we would have loved to meet whoever ended up coming out. I did spot Joshua Henry signing along the immediate barricade and then going immediately to his car.
The Color Purple and one other show (escaping me at the moment) let out at the same time, so that street was a big of a cluster with people having to walk in traffic and various security staffers and police of different houses shouting contradictory directions at you. So amazing........... :/

Last Thursday night when I was there, Adrienne Warren, Brandon Victor Dixon and Billy Porter all came out. We were disappointed to hear someone saw Audra exit through the lobby (but I didn't expect her to come out...it would have been fun though).

I went back in early previews and Audra signed and took pics, she was super nice, friendly and appreciative. I'm happy I got to meet her then. Billy Porter, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Joshua Henry and others also came out fairly quickly and we're all awesome to meet.

I went this past Saturday night, and it sounds like it was a lot more organized than before. They had a barricade extending down the sidewalk, and most of the principals who came out went down the entire length of the barricade rather than just doing the top portion closest to the door. Audra did not come out, but I think all of the other principal cast did and a lot of ensemble members. Not everyone stopped automatically to sign, but if anyone asked them, they seemed happy to do so.
Everyone was very nice.
"What was the name of that cheese that I like?"
"you can't run away forever...but there's nothing wrong with getting a good head start"
"well I hope and I pray, that maybe someday, you'll walk in the room with my heart"
