Side Show/Tick Tick Boom in Chicago

I am going to be in Chicago in a few weeks for work. I have a Sunday free (and only Sunday) and want to see Side Show and Tick Tick Boom. Side Show is playing at 6 PM and Tick Tick Boom is at 3 PM. I am not familiar with the location of either of their respective theaters as I normally see Steppenwolf shows, so can any Chicagoan tell me if it is theoretically possible to see both? I am thinking no, but just wanted to make sure before I force myself to make a choice.

Yeah, shouldn't be a problem. They are pretty close together, only a couple of "El" stops away from each other on the Red Line.

I've never been to Chicago, but isn't Tick^2 Boom a relatively short show anyway? (No intermission?) If so, it seems like you'll totally have time to see both. Awesome!

TTB is 1 hour and 30 minutes

The Sunday show of SIDESHOW was acually scheduled so that other theatre people could see the show, so you should be just fine.
