Going on Friday. I have heard nothing but good things.

Significant Other

Highly recommended. Was my favorite play that season, and I went back a second time. Glick was phenomenal.

I really enjoyed this and am another one who thought Gideon was excellent. It was very funny and also more insightful than I'd imagined it would be.

I highly recommend this! I found it both funny and moving, and Gideon Glick did a great job creating a sympathetic character (I think his role could easily have become whiny). Notably, some of the geriatric population (I'm talking >75 years old here) may not have found it as enjoyable. While it probably resonated most with theatre goers less than 45 years old, there was a universal message of loneliness anybody could find relatable. If you're a single millenial, I think you'll love it.

I'm debating revisiting it when I visit in May, depending on how this season shapes up.

I loved this show. It's sharp, witty, funny, and heart wrenching. And Gideon Glick's performance sets the stage on fire. If he doesn't win a Tony for it, then there's no fairness in the world. Barbra Barry's work in it will resonate with you if you've ever had a meaningful conversation with your grandmother.
