Ok...after all these years of laughing at the silly website and the absolute hysterics of hearing Buffalo Bill singing "It puts the fu**ing lotion in the basket", the time has come.
The Fringe Festival has posted its list of participating shows...and Silence! is one of them.
The world is officially coming to an end.

Never having heard of Silence, i decided to check out the website... This sounds awsome... it is simply absolute hilarity... do any of you know of similar (joke) musical sites which offer their music?

All I know is I'm buying a ticket the minute they officially go on sale for the show. I will skip my own rehearsals to do it.

I'm frankly surprised this hasn't been staged before, though I would imagine there was (or maybe still is) an issue over rights.

But count me in as a fan! Though I do hope the writers will see a wisdom in casting a woman as Clarice (one of the male writers does the role on the recording) -- the more straight the show plays the funnier it will be.

I am assuming it's the same show...unfortunately, I can't access the Fringe e-mail I got last night from work and so I can't see what it says about production credits for the show.
That said, I can't imagine there being another show called "Silence! The Musical."
