Posted: 1/15/11 at 7:33pmI swore I read somewhere that Disney had no take in this. I think the reasoning was the work on the show started long before Disney bought the company, but I'm not 100% sure.

Posted: 1/15/11 at 8:14pmI am pretty sure the first major piece of property Disney is doing with Marvel is Iron Man 3 and then The Avengers. Sony still owns the Spiderman film properties.

I don't know the exact answer, but I don't think Disney has put any money into the show - although there was supposition that was where some money came from last August.
But, Disney does have an interest, as no doubt the license agreement provides some payments by Turn Off The Dark to Marvel and thus Disney. The money will go to the Marvel "unit"/subsidiary and show up on their books. So, if Marvel is profitable, then Disney gets a boost to its profits.
