(Not Jesus Christ)
Oh my God
We need help,
Daddy is sick and he can't cure himself.
We need cash, cash to pay
Doctor says cash is the only way.
Oh my God
We need help,
They say it's just his pre-existing self.
They don't care, they won't pay
It's cheaper to die so they turn away.
HIS NEXT MUSICAL
Him rubbing cheeks with Sondheim by the Broadwayworld logo today is a little surreal. Both of these things is not like the other, but only one of these things does not belong...

Has he done anything memorable since Jesus Christ Superstar.
Amazing Soundtrack
Evita was the first show that I fell in love with and got me into theatre, and I'm sure many other people had their first theater going to one of his shows so to that I say Happy Birthday Andrew
"Evita" was my first Broadway show. I'll be forever grateful to Lord Lloyd Webber for that.
And for many subsequent years of beautiful music and stirring entertainment.
Many happy returns. (And I bet Steven Sondheim would wish him the same.)

Jesus Christ Superstar was ahead of is time -i think it's still the greatest rock opera of all-time, isn't it?
Happy Birthday, ALW!! Thanks for so many gorgeous melodies.
Awww. SOS and ALW face together on the BW.com banner is cute.
Happy Birthday, ALW! Thank you for creating such beautiful songs.
Does that badly made graphic of him and Sondheim in the upper left creep anyone else out?

Happy Birthday, and thank you for your beautiful music.
Thank you for Evita and Sunset Boulevard (one of my guilty pleasures). Happy Birthday, Sir Webber.
Sunset is one of my guilty pleasures, too.
Why does Sunset have to be a guilty pleasure? For me, it is simply a pleasure. Nothing to feel guilty about whatsoever. Absolutely stunning melodies in that show, especially The Greatest Star of All, which is a perfect fit for the mood and setting of the story.
Happy Birthday, Lord Lloyd-Webber.
I have enjoyed almost all his works.
Phantom piqued my interested in muscial theater. So I am grateful to him for opening that door for me.

I know this is late, but HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the person that got me into musical theatre and is the creator of my #1 favorite musical (Jesus Christ Superstar)

happy bday lord webber. I love most of your stuff even LND. lol
Yeah, why is Sunset a "guilty" pleasure, i agree with Matt. So you are only allowed to enjoy Sondheim if you are on BWW?
I enjoy Webber's work a lot. From Sunset, to Evita, to Joseph, The Woman in White, Phantom, Bombay Dreams(not written by him, but his production after all), Aspects, and the list goes on and on.
Happy Birthday!!!
