OK so after watching Broadways vampire musicals i was just wondering which one did you think was the better(yeah they all flopped but i know some people out there have a Lestat T shirt or a bootleg of Dracula or Michael Crawford's wig etc lol)
For me Lestat and Dracula were 2 of the most boring musicals ive ever seen , so i would have to say Dance Of The Vampires.
The show (whilst a bit of an odd mess) was highly entertaining and the set designs were Wicked.

I'm ashamed to say I never saw Dance of the Vampires.
I saw both Lestat and Dracula. I still think Dracula (while dead boring) was vastly underrated.
Lestat was just fuc king awful.

However, I still can't figure out if I actually like it or by comparison is was just better then Threepenny Opera. But, I am generally easy to please, so maybe, just maybe I did love it...

I enjoyed "Dance of the Vampires" the most of the three, although some of the jokes fell flat ("a little prick", for example). Michael Crawford's accent was a little cheesey, as well.
I liked the special effects of "Dracula" and agree with Yankeefan that it was underrated.
I didn't hate "Lestat" as much as most people, and I did like some of the songs "I want more", "Welcome to the new world".
