Posted: 5/31/10 at 12:19pmI enjoyed it in London, but it needs a LOT of work. At times it was very groan-y. Some songs are very enjoyable, but some were treated as "moments" for characters that failed to deliver. Like for the small meek nun and mother superior, their big songs were nothing special, and you could tell they were both being treated as these huge "moments" that the audience was supposed to be riveted by. Book needs some work too. But it could be really good.

Posted: 5/31/10 at 12:51pmI really didn't think it needed much work. I was entertained from start to finish. As long as they bring Patina over with it it's a hit - guaranteed.

Posted: 5/31/10 at 1:21pmI really think it could go either way. Obviously the Palladium has been too big for it in London, and it has struggled to sell out there. It needs somewhere like the Marquis, Hirschfield or Shubert.
