I was one of the orpahn boys in Oliver. All we did really was stand onstage while the main action was taking place.

I played Amy in Little Women.... except I was older Amy so I got to sit around backstage for the first two acts and do my make-up till I went onstage for my 7 lines... quite fun tho :)

The smallest role I've played was a servent and a person who walks through NYC during the NYC song in "Annie". It was worth the time because I gained experience and learned a lot. This summer I'm gonna be in Footloose playing the part of Bickle! I'm a girl by the way and Bickle is a guy. This should be interesting. He seems like a funny character.

I was a musician in the play "The Three Sisters". I had to play the piano backstage while the character that was supposed to be doing it got the credit when she came back out, and then I had to walk on playing violin with some guy playing guitar, and we we walked onstage, played the same song over and over for like a minute to awkward silence while the person playing the old lady dramatically hobbled over to give us a quarter. I wanted to burst out laughing/die of embarassment all at once. Plus I was wearing this horrible rainbow colored shawl to make me look like a travelling musician person i guess, but I still get grief about that.

Well, I had to play a young prisoner in Man of La Mancha. I sang 1 song with the ensemble and I then was killed.

"Schoolgirl" in Guys & Dolls. I was in all of two scenes.

"Cinderella's Father" in Into the Woods. Enough said. Colossal waste of time. But as someone previously said, it was a training exercise. Would never do it again unless I was getting paid for it.

Cheers,
