In case anyone's wondering... thought I'd put up a slightly different picture at this time of year. This one was taken by my husband about 2 years ago, from the Hudson River waterfront in Battery Park City... looking towards the World Financial Center. The World Trade Center towers used to be where the little puffy cloud is.
Eh, no one probaly knows, but my icon is one of the five special issues of SPIN magazine issued last month with the Strokes on cover.
My favorite Stroke? Lead singer/songwriter Julian Casablancas naturally. And no, he ain't trying to be Lou Reed.
