I'm going solo to Dry Powder tonight and want to grab a bite after. Would like a cute place with yummy food and a glass of wine.  I'm staying in the LES so will be headed back that way. I know there are a zillion and a half places which is why I'm asking. I'm totally overwhelmed!!!  Any suggestions appreciated.

Have you ever eaten in the Public's restaurant, The Library? It's very good and has a fun atmosphere.

Streecha Ukrainian Kitchen.  In a church basement.  Super cheap, super delish, if eating  eastern European dumplings, etc in a bare bones grandma house is your thing. Yes, please!

Thanks!  I think I'll try the library. I've never been. I will check out that Ukrainian place sometime though!!
