Has anyone else been treated rudely via e-mail by the people at TDF?
I have sent them an e-mail to correct things (selling dates for performances that don't exist because of limited runs, selling tickets to a show at 7 PM that's actually at 8:30 PM, etc.) maybe 3 or 4 times since becoming a member, and their response is always that I'm wrong and that TDF only sells exactly what they say they have. Then they fix the information I mentioned!
A bit ridiculous, I think.
