Sondheim - A Celebration with Jula McKenzie etc.

I just downloaded this off of Itunes. It's McKenzie, Kernan, and Martin's follow up to SIDE BY SIDE.

I love it. but I am confused. How come I don't see anywhere that a CD was released of this? How come all the digital download sites have it, and I can't find any info of a CD. Was it ever released on CD?
It has some REALLY lush and lovely orchestrations - opposed to SIDE BY SIDE which only had 2 pianos.

Anybody else own it? I love Julia McKenzie.

Its not realy a follow up to 'Side By Side'. Its just Julia and David putting some great tracks down with some great singers. It was on CD at some point, i can look for the date of mine if you want-it was around 1996/7. A 'Side By Side '2' has never really been done. Even when it was revived this year in London it was the original song list. This greatly dissapointed critics and public alike and it lasted 4 weeks. A great 'follow up' to Side By side for me is 'Putting It Together' from 1983 in NY with Julie Andrews. That was staged by Julia McKenzie if i remember.

But I would like to say again how great these orchestrations are! Sensational.
